Air-Delay (our legal name is Travel Help ApS) is a Danish-based company headquartered in Copenhagen. Our team has several years of experience recovering flight compensation and refunds for cancelled flights, and we are proud to call ourselves experts in the field. The landscape of passenger rights and financial compensation for delayed or cancelled flights is complex, and it can be difficult for individual travellers to understand what they are entitled to.

Air-Delay's mission

Our primary mission at Air-Delay is to protect air passenger rights in European airspace. We do not believe that airlines' misleading responses should stand between our customers and their flight compensation. That is why we work to level the playing field — making it easy and straightforward for our customers when an airline rejects their compensation claim or refuses to refund their ticket.
